The Shot: “This was on a Plehouse shoot in Japan. We found a little valley with tons of
features to shoot on. It was probably the most dangerous feature since the landing wasn’t
on a downward slope. After two to three successful jumps, I asked JF to do it one more
time with a better angle. Cusson jumped with perfect style and landed switch. Then his
skis went down between two rocks and stopped him instantly. He broke his wrist against
the rock… but I got the shot!”
