The Shot: “I was hanging out of the helicopter following James as he skied this line, which is always exciting
and always cold. It was late in the afternoon, and the sun was starting to go down behind the mountains. I like
that the valley was all in shadow and only the top of the line was in the sun, which gives it a great contrast of
white and blue. It really highlights the dramatic spine he is about to ski.”
