summer means snow. And sunshine. And pisco sours.
While others are enjoying hometown pools, putting greens and summer sun, pack
your skis and book a fl ight down to Santiago. The city is only 37 miles, 10,000 feet
and one-million switchbacks to the fabled snowfi elds of the Andes.
